We've been here before, and we like the layout of this hotel and the lounge. We always appreciate the warm cookies on arrival. The reception area is nice and the rooms are easy to access. It's big, but doesn't feel too huge. The price is usually pretty reasonable no matter when we book.

The staff were affable and accomodating. If we needed something they were prompt to assist. The facility was clean. Most sites, restaurants, and shopping were within a 15 minute radius.

Very clean. Landscaping was well maintained. Could use better signage. Doesn’t really look like a hotel, which is kinda cool in itself. Just a little difficult to ID from the approaching streets.

Manager, Jody, was very helpful in getting me a room because your reservation was never entered into the Hilton system!!!!

Thank you for providing a handicapped room. I booked this month's ago, and there was no quanartee that a handicapped room would still be available. Another booking for earlier in the week in another city did not quaratee the handicapped room. I sort of fell getting onto the toilet; had to get my husband to get me up because there were no handrails. All these were easy at your hotel.
